Mechanical top drive + full hydraulic · instant switch
Quick-switching between a mechanical top drive head and a full hydraulic head. The hydraulic head runs fast and stable with stepless control; the mechanical head delivers high torque, high transmission efficiency and low fuel consumption. The hydraulic side uses an axial piston pump with bent-axis motor, two mechanical gears plus stepless control, for 75–90° drilling. The mechanical side uses an automotive 525 gearbox — double the transmission efficiency of hydraulic drive and 35% lower power consumption. Load-sensing hydraulics, hydraulic rod holder, hydraulic leveling legs, telescopic mast and radio-remote crawler.
