Our Story

ZUANJI is the operating brand of the China Drilling Rig Production Base, a state-designated manufacturing hub established in 1989. For over three decades, we have been at the forefront of drilling rig technology, serving clients ranging from individual well drillers to multinational mining corporations.

Located in Shandong, China's industrial heartland, our manufacturing facility spans over 50,000 square meters with dedicated production lines for crawler-mounted water well rigs, truck-mounted deep well rigs, and skid-mounted core exploration drills. Every machine undergoes rigorous 72-hour full-load testing before leaving our factory floor.

Our commitment to quality has earned us ISO 9001:2015 certification, CE marking, and SGS inspection approval. We invest heavily in R&D, with a dedicated engineering team that designs rigs optimized for the toughest geological conditions — from the Sahara Desert to the Siberian tundra, from the Andes Mountains to Southeast Asian jungles.

1989

Foundation of the Production Base

China Drilling Rig Production Base established in Shandong. Initial focus on manufacturing water well drilling rigs for domestic agricultural and municipal projects.

1998

Expansion into Exploration Drilling

Launched our first core exploration drilling rig line, serving China's growing mining and mineral exploration sectors with wireline coring technology.

2005

International Market Entry

First major export orders to Southeast Asia and Africa. Established the ZUANJI brand for international markets, focused on quality and after-sales support.
