Buying guide
Selection, documents, shipping and after-sales, in the order a purchase usually happens
Five things: the hole diameter (mm) and planned depth (m); the formation — soil, sand, gravel, rock and roughly how hard; the power available on site (mains, diesel genset, or both); access and transport conditions — hillside, paddy field, city site, whether a crane is available; and whether you need casing, coring or another special technique. The more specific the input, the tighter the selection. If some conditions are still open, we send two or three options and explain the difference.
A crawler spreads its weight over a low ground pressure, which suits soft ground such as farmland and river flats and sites that move often. A truck-mounted rig travels well, which suits city work, roadside jobs and crews relocating between wells. A trailer rig is simpler and cheaper, which suits shallow holes worked from a fixed radius. We build all three; ground conditions, travel distance and hole depth decide which one fits.
Adjustable items include mast height, feed stroke and rotary speed, carrier type, hydraulic configuration, power source (diesel, electric or dual) and the compressor package. The scope and lead time are written into the contract.
The operating manual, a wear-parts list and a spare-parts catalogue. Export documents — packing list, invoice, certificate of origin — are prepared as the contract requires.
Quotations are issued FOB, CIF or DAP, and the Incoterm is fixed in the contract. A complete rig ships in a 40HQ or on a flat rack; loose parts are packed against the weight-and-measurement list. Customs clearance at destination is normally handled by the buyer or their forwarder; we supply the export documents they need.
Routine problems are diagnosed remotely over a WhatsApp video call. Where an on-site visit is needed, it is arranged in the way the contract sets out. Spare parts are ordered against the parts catalogue.
